Brennan is the Managing Partner of Brar Tamber Rigby Badham LLP and a driving force behind the firm's growth since its founding in 2017. His practice spans personal injury, civil litigation, and criminal defence, with a commitment to accessible, results-driven representation for every client.

Davin's practice is dedicated exclusively to personal injury litigation. He obtained his law degree from the University of Leicester and his Master's in Canadian common law from Osgoode Hall Law School. Davin is a tireless advocate for injured clients across Southern Ontario.

Warren brings extensive advocacy experience to the firm, with appearances before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the License Appeal Tribunal, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, the Human Rights Tribunal, and more. He is a principled advocate committed to achieving the best outcomes for every client.

David leads the firm's commercial law group, assisting clients with corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, and complex commercial transactions. He maintains a hybrid practice across commercial law and civil litigation, bringing strategic business-first thinking to every file.

Jasveen brings a science background and a sharp analytical mind to the firm's real estate, civil litigation, and wills & estates practice. She guides clients through property transactions, estate planning, and dispute resolution with precision and care.

Ashlin assists clients through residential and commercial real estate transactions and estate planning matters, delivering clear and efficient service at every step.

Aaron focuses exclusively on personal injury, bringing a disciplined analytical approach from his science background to every file. He is dedicated to thorough case preparation and relentless advocacy for injured clients.

Heena holds both an LL.B and an LL.M, bringing advanced legal training to the firm's real estate and civil litigation practice. She advises clients on property transactions and represents them in disputes with thoroughness and strategic focus.

Efua brings a unique interdisciplinary background combining law and public health to the firm's civil litigation and corporate practice. Her training equips her to approach complex matters with both legal rigour and a broad understanding of systemic and institutional context.

Bill serves as trial counsel and agent lawyer for the firm's criminal defence files, bringing deep courtroom experience to complex criminal proceedings on behalf of our clients.
